Customer Account Manager- Inside Sales

Goldner is seeking an individual who wants a career in inside sales supporting a large franchise account by creatively solving problems for the client; building and maintaining corporate relationships. Primary duties include sourcing products, creating quotes, creative project management, order management from entry through delivery, working with factories to organize artwork and direct shipments, and communicating details to customers. Additional duties include supporting the team with product research, coordination with accounting, creation of presentations, e-flyers and other administrative tasks as needed.

As this is a deadline driven industry, the successful candidate will be highly detail oriented with exceptional follow-through and problem-solving skills. This is an extremely fast-paced position and requires an individual who can embrace challenge. Experience in a wholesale distribution environment or buying position would be beneficial. Excellent customer service skills are a must. Previous experience sourcing and quoting products in the promotional products industry is desired. Skills: Proficient in all aspects of the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Knowledge of graphic arts programs like Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator are a plus.

Sales Representative

Goldner Associates is seeking to hire additional salespeople to add to our team. We are looking for outstanding individuals who have an existing book of business or a strong contact base. Job duties include prospecting, working with customers to identify their needs, sourcing products from our extensive manufacturer base, presenting creative ideas, initiating orders, and after market servicing. A history of past successful sales experience must be illustrated. Experience in the promotional products industry is a major plus.
