Sales Assistant

Primary duties include order management from entry through delivery, working with factories to organize artwork and direct shipments, and communicating details to customers. Additional duties include supporting the team with product research, quotes, order entry, coordination with accounting, creation of presentations, and other administrative tasks as needed.

As this is a deadline driven industry, the successful candidate will be highly detail oriented with exceptional follow-through and problem-solving skills. This is an extremely fast-paced position, and requires an individual who can embrace challenge and has a passion for customer service. Experience in a wholesale distribution environment is very advantageous. Previous experience in the promotional products industry is a plus.

Skills: Skills: Proficient in all aspects of the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook. Excellent customer service skills are a must.

HR Coordinator/Administrative Assistant

Primary duties include HR administration, recruiting, orientation, onboarding of new employees and employee terminations. Management of benefits between external administrator’s and our internal payroll department. Annual coordination of open enrollment period for benefits, maintaining employee PTO records, coordination of the annual performance evaluation process, and records retention and upkeep.
Maintenance and upkeep of the employee handbook. Coordination and execution of company events as needed. Employee engagement.
Other duties may include administrative support, ordering office supplies, scheduling vendor meetings, order entry backup, call overflow and backup to receptionist.

As this is a deadline driven industry, the successful candidate will be highly detail oriented, organized and able to multi-task with exceptional follow-through and problem-solving skills. They will be very adaptable to change, be able to serve their teammates with a smile and have an ownership mentality. The ability to walk the fine line between being a strong communicator while preserving strict confidentiality is essential.

Sales Representative

Goldner Associates is seeking to hire additional salespeople to add to our team. We are looking for outstanding individuals who have an existing book of business or a strong contact base. Job duties include prospecting, working with customers to identify their needs, sourcing products from our extensive manufacturer base, presenting creative ideas, initiating orders, and after market servicing. A history of past successful sales experience must be illustrated. Experience in the promotional products industry is a major plus.
